Housesitting gives me a purpose in my life – to care, love and nuture your pets and look after your home. It is a gift to be able to give back peace of mind that your pets are well cared for while you are away. It is my way of being of service to others.
When you are given an opportunity to travel, be with family or need time away for health issues you need to have peace of mind and focus on your time away and I will provide that reassurance.
My favorite days of the sit are day one – the excitement and anticipation of connecting to the pets – and the last day – preparing to surprise the homeowners with healthy and happy pets as well as a clean, tidy and well cared for home.
My priority is always the pets and home!
I have cared for dogs of many different breeds with many different needs and many different personalities. I have cared for indoor and outdoor cats with all their temperaments! Horses, sheep, goats, chickens and pigs, Birds, fish and turtles – nothing phases me.
My husband and I completely remodeled our home. I had such a lot of fun working alongside him and as a result I am familiar with plumbing, electric, gas, etc. We also had a pool so I am very familiar with the regular maintenance and workings.
I offer a comprehensive house and pet sitting service. Whether for a few days, a few weeks or several months, I am able to care for your home and your beloved pets while you are away.
You do not need to have a pet to use my service, though most people do. Having me come to stay at your house while you are away ensures that your home looks lived in to prying eyes. I can also be on hand if there is bad weather or other catastrophes that could damage your home. I also take care of your home and garden while you are away so you can return from you trip to a beautifully clean home and well maintained garden.
When it comes to your pets, I will ensure that they are cared for and loved as much as if you had not gone away. From feeding and grooming, to walking and playtime they will receive all the care they need. I can take them to the vet for planned or emergency visits. I always send regular photos, video and updates so you know that your beloved pets are having as good a time as you are.
